Sun Tunnels (1978) is a major work of Nancy Holt, located in the Great Basin Desert outside of Lucin, Utah. It is consisted of four concrete tunnels juxtaposed in a desolated area; each of them reacting to the sun differently through alignment with the sunrise, sunset, of the summer or winter solstice.
